vivo Malaysia has officially expanded its flagship smartphone portfolio with the launch of the vivo X300 Ultra and vivo X300 FE, two new devices aimed at different users but sharing the same focus — delivering premium mobile photography powered by ZEISS co-engineered imaging systems. While the X300 Ultra targets creators and professionals seeking cinema-grade imaging, the X300 FE brings flagship camera capabilities into a lighter, more compact form factor at a lower entry price.
vivo X300 Ultra Debuts As vivo’s Most Advanced Imaging Flagship Yet

Leading the lineup is the vivo X300 Ultra, which marks the first global launch of vivo’s Ultra flagship outside China. Positioned as a professional-grade imaging smartphone, the device introduces the new ZEISS Master Lenses Collection, featuring triple prime lenses covering 14mm ultra-wide, 35mm documentary and 85mm portrait focal lengths.
The phone’s biggest highlight is its 200MP ZEISS APO telephoto camera, paired with gimbal-grade optical stabilisation and 60fps autofocus tracking, designed to capture moving subjects such as sports, wildlife and concerts with improved precision. vivo has also introduced optional 200mm and 400mm ZEISS Telephoto Extenders, allowing users to shoot at extreme focal lengths rarely seen on smartphones.

For videographers, the X300 Ultra supports 4K 120fps Dolby Vision recording and 10-bit Log video capture across all rear cameras, alongside advanced colour grading support and professional workflows. vivo is even offering an optional SmallRig Pro Video Rig Kit, transforming the device into a more cinema-focused shooting setup complete with physical controls and cooling accessories.
Under the hood, the X300 Ultra runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with up to 32GB RAM and 1TB storage. The device also packs a 6600mAh battery, 100W FlashCharge, 40W wireless charging, and a 2K ZEISS Master Color display capable of reaching 4500 nits peak brightness. Durability is covered with IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance alongside Armor Glass protection.
vivo X300 FE Targets Everyday Users Who Want Flagship Cameras In A Compact Body

Joining the Ultra is the new vivo X300 FE, positioned as a lightweight flagship for users who prioritise portability without sacrificing camera performance. At just 191g and 7.99mm thin, vivo says the device is designed for urban users, travellers and concertgoers who need capable cameras in a smaller package.
The X300 FE features a 50MP ZEISS Super Telephoto Camera, 50MP main camera, and 110-degree ultra-wide camera, with support for the new 200mm vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2. The accessory has been redesigned to be lighter and easier to carry while maintaining optical quality for long-distance shooting.
Several software features are tuned specifically for concerts and social content creation, including Stage Mode for low-light performance capture and Dual-View Stage Video, which records both the stage and the user’s reaction simultaneously. The phone also includes AI-powered editing tools such as AI Erase, AI Reflection Removal, and AI Image Expansion.
Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, supported by a 6500mAh BlueVolt battery, 90W wired charging, 40W wireless charging, and an upgraded vapor chamber cooling system for sustained performance during gaming or prolonged camera usage.
Despite being the more affordable option, vivo is promising five years of OS upgrades, seven years of security updates, and long-term performance optimisation for the X300 FE.
