Good news Twitter users, starting from today, you can attach as many pictures or quotes into your tweets as Twitter has made it so that photos, videos, GIFs and quotes will no longer be counted towards the 140-character limit.

This feature was first teased way back in May of this year. Today, this feature has finally gone live, although it appears that links are still counted in the 140-character limit. Starting from today, you’ll be able to attach any photo or video, and even retweet and quote Tweets without having it eat into your 140-character limit.

Replying to other Twitter users will also not be counted into the Tweet limit. That said, mentions of other Twitter users will still be counted as part of the character limit. One thing to note is that this particular feature has only been rolled out to a small group of users, so you’re going to have to wait a while longer for that to go live.
