Redmi’s upcoming flagship device — the Redmi K20 — is supposedly launching on May 28 and yesterday, we finally got an official picture of the Redmi K20.

The company has already revealed few of the K20’s specs, including getting a 48MP main camera, a 4,000mAh battery and an in-display fingerprint sensor. It is also said that the phone will support 960fps slow-mo video recording, and in addition to the phone being powered by a Snapdragon 855 chipset, it will also be integrated with Game Turbo 2.0 for better gaming performance.

The official picture on the other hand reveals the outlook of the phone, which is a gradient red that darkens in the centre and has some sort of distortion effect — I’m not sure what to call it. There’s also three cameras on its rear, and the top one is protected by a ring, separated from the other two cameras. I’m guessing that’s the 48MP main camera.

It is a rather exciting turn of events for Redmi as they’ve never really ventured into the flagship market, but we’re totally on board and can’t wait till it’s May 28 to check out this beauty.
