While we all know too well that vivo has been opting for pop-up camera when it comes to getting a full display for its smartphones, recent reports indicated that the company will also be debuting a new Z series with the vivo Z5x that has a punch-hole display.
A Weibo post was uploaded recently with the picture of the alleged Z5x and the phone appears to have really thin bezels. As for whether it will sport a punch hole display, the information remains unconfirmed. If we look closely at the image posted on Weibo, the phone at the back seems to have a punch hole display on its upper left corner while the phone on the front has no punch-hole at all.
Other than the display design, the vivo Z5x is also reported to come with a 5,000mAh battery. That’s great news of course, but sadly these are the only information we are getting so far. If the phone is revealed to sport other flagship specs, then the Z5x can be an exciting device to look forward to.
There hasn’t been an official launch date or announcement about the Z5x yet, but rumour has it that the press conference for this phone will happen soon.
