ASUS Malaysia has officially introduced the 2023 ZenBook 14X OLED (UX3404) in Malaysia, it is the first premium OLED laptop to be sold with 13th Gen Intel Core H-series processors here and has several big upgrades over last year’s model.
Sporting a larger 14.5-inch 2.8K OLED display that refreshes at 120Hz, the ZenBook 14X OLED continues to offer great portability by weighing at just 1.5kg and measuring 16.9mm thin. Powered by up to an Intel Core i9-13900H and RTX 3050 Laptop GPU, all 2023 ZenBook 14X OLED variants will come with 32GB LPDDR5 RAM as standard and up to 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD.
Other improvements include a Full HD IR camera with 3D noise reduction that supports Windows Hello facial recognition login, WiFI 6E, an array of useful ports including two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports, one full-size USB 3.2, HDMI 2.1 and audio jack.
Battery size has also been bumped up from the previous model from 63Wh to 70Wh, it continues to support USB PD charging so users will have the convenience of charging it using any 5V-20V USB-C chargers and powerbanks.
The 2023 ZenBook 14X OLED is available in color options of Inkwell Gray and Sandstone Beige, the Core i7 and 1TB storage variant can be immediately purchased at retail stores for RM5,999, while the Core i9 model with RTX 3050 graphics and base Core i5 model will only be available starting April onwards with a recommended retail price of RM6,999 and RM4,999 respectively.
