ZTE has been increasing its inventory of dual camera smartphones. The most notable dual camera smartphone lineup was the Blade V8, ranging from entry level to mid range. The Chinese smartphone maker is at it again, with a uniquely named ZTE Small Fresh 5 smartphone.
The ZTE Small Fresh 5 is now one of the bunch of dual camera devices by ZTE. The phone sports a 5-inch display in 720p HD resolution. Underneath the hood is an entry level Snapdragon 425 processor along with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM. The 3GB RAM model will come with 16GB of storage and the 4GB RAM model with 32GB. Storage is expandable to an extra 128GB.
The dual camera configuration features a 13MP and a 2MP sensor. This dual cam setup is capable of producing images with bokeh effects, plus 3D images just like ZTE’s other current dual cam smartphones. The front facing camera is a standard affair at 5 megapixels. ZTE claims the Small Fresh 5 to have two additional physical buttons, though the function of those weren’t disclosed. The phone packs a 2,500mAh battery.
The ZTE Small Fresh 5 will most likely be exclusive to the Chinese market for the time being. The 3GB RAM model costs CNY 999 (RM627.50) while the 4GB RAM model will go for CNY 1,399 (RM878.74)
