It hasn’t been long since the vivo X70 series launched last year and word has it that the company is already working on its successor — the vivo X80 series. Thanks to a few leaks here and there, we can already get an idea of what to expect from the phones.
vivo X80
According to Sam on Twitter, the vanilla variant will sport a 6.56-inch FHD+ LTPO AMOLED display that pushes a 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of hardware, it’ll run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 8000 SoC along with 8/12GB of RAM and 128/256GB of internal storage.
For imaging, it is said to feature a 50MP GN5 camera, a 13MP camera, and a 12MP Sony IMX663 lens with support for 2x zoom. As for the selfies, you get a 44MP camera with an auto-focus feature.
Other than that, this phone supports 55W fast charging and will get a glass back. These are the rumoured prices:

vivo X80 Pro and Pro+
The Pro variants will come with a 6.78-inch LTPO 2.0 AMOLED panel that pushes a 120Hz refresh rate with FHD+ and QHD+ resolutions. Both devices will be powered by flagship SoCs such as MediaTek’s Dimensity 9000 and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
In the imaging department, the Pro will have 50MP + 50MP JN1 sensor, a 12MP Sony IMX663 sensor with support for 2x zoom, and a 50MP JN1 sensor with 5x zoom. On the other hand, the Pro+ features a 50MP + 48MP Sony IMX598 sensor, a 50MP JN1 sensor with 2x zoom, and a 50MP JN1 sensor with 5x zoom.
Both phones support 66W wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and come with a leather back. These are the rumoured prices:
