Still complaining devices that run full blown Windows expensive? Then take a look at the Toshiba Encore Mini, a 7-inch tablet that comes with pretty humble specifications. Yes, it runs full blown Windows 8.1, and you get a 7-inch 1024×600 touch display, Intel Atom Z3735G processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB built-in storage with MicroSDXC expansion up to 128GB and 2MP/0.3MP cameras, all of these things comes in a super affordable $119 price tag.

As you can see the form factor isn’t the most sexiest out there and this is apparently targeted at entry-level Android devices, the familiar capacitive touch Windows logo is also missing here so you’ll need to use the charms menu in Windows to get to the Start screen. If you think that’s all with the tablet, Toshiba is throwing in one year of free 1TB OneDrive cloud storage and Office 365subscription, that could temporary solve your storage woes, we think.
