When it comes to unique tech that we never knew we needed Xiaomi always seems to be the company we see taking out this tech. Yet again, they have revealed three new products that will catch the attention of its customers. The products are the Mi Laser Projector, Ninebot Plus and the Mi Ultrasonic Toothbrush.The Mi Laser Projector features ALPD 3.0 laser light source technology developed by Appotronics, who has equipped over 90 percent of China’s laser projection movie theatres and a custom DLP solution developed by Texas Instruments, making it the first truly cinema-level laser projector TV. With high-quality speakers and the Mi TV interface is also built into the projector, making it a complete home theatre solution.
The Ninebot Plus is an upgrade from the Ninebot mini which comes equipped with a strengthened magnesium alloy chassis which supports loads up to 100kg. It can travel 35KM on a single charge and comes with a remote to control the movements without a smartphone. An optional Mi Ninebot Plus Camera can also be attached to the device to take photos.
Finally, is the Mi Ultrasonic Toothbrush which is the first Mi Ecosystem product that is focused on health care. It uses ultrasonic technology which allows vibrations of up to 31,000 times-per-minute and with a 700mAh battery, it can last for 18 days based on a twice-a-day usage.
The Mi Laser Projector will be retail for RMB 9999 (RM6326.21) starting 4 July via crowdfunding on Xiaomi’s apps, the Ninebot Plus will retail for RMB 3499 (RM2213.76) on 11 July and the Mi Ultrasonic Toothbrush will retail for RMB 199 (RM125.90) starting on 18 July.
