The next Apple Watch could have a FaceTime camera

While the Apple Watch hasn’t got its heat down yet, reports are already saying that Apple has intended to bring a FaceTime camera to its next wearable, and if it becomes true, this could become the biggest change in wearable technology and should actually slap Samsung in the face, given that the latter used to include cameras on the Galaxy Gear and Gear 2.

Cameras on a smart watch may not make a lot of sense, however when you are able to make video calls on your watch without the need to take your iPhone out of the pocket, it definitely feels less awkward and would make a lot of sense for folks who are actively using Apple’s video calling service. In addition to this great rumored feature addition, 9to5Mac has also reported that Apple have found that most Watch users have been satisfied with the current product’s battery life and therefore would not put an effort in improving it in its next release.

And before we even end the big news, Apple also has plans to make a premium version of the Watch that will appeal to folks who wants something more premium than the standard Watch and will be priced way below the $10,000 Watch Edition, while it sounds more practical but really, I can’t brain who would spend more than $600 in buying a smart watch, especially for that price tag you could already buy a pretty nice mechanical watch.

The Apple Watch 2 should be due on 2016 and let’s hope that FaceTime camera comes true.
