OnePlus 2 reveal it will be using Snapdragon 810 v2.1

It’s finally official that the OnePlus 2 will be using Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 SoC, but it appears not a really big deal or surprise because there were some benchmark result leak previously indicate it will be using this chipset. Besides that, OnePlus 2 will be using the Snapdragon 810 v2.1 with a better cooling solution by layer both thermal gel and graphite on top of the SoC which should ensure that the heat generated by the chipset will be dissipated evenly, as opposed to being concentrated and thus leading to performance issues.

In addition, the company’s operating system – Oxygen OS based on Android will specially optimized to work with the S810 and it will instinctively know which CPU core is to be used for every different task. It seems everything about the OnePlus 2 will be revealed from time to time, it be using the same technique as its predecessor last year.
