The successor to the mid-range Xiaomi Mi A2 is coming soon — as soon as July 25. The Mi A3 has already been certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance alongside FCC and IMDA and will be launching in Poland.

The Xiaomi Mi A3 has most of its specs revealed — it is said to be almost similar to the Mi CC9e, especially since its model number is almost a replica of the Mi CC9e’s. The device will come with a 6.01-inch AMOLED display with HD+ resolution, not to mention it’ll sport a traditional waterdrop notch and still retain a headphone jack.

Unlike the Mi A2 that had a metal build, the Mi A3 is spotted to have a glass body and an in-display fingerprint sensor. It will also have a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 48MP camera, an 8MP sensor and a 2MP lens. On the front, it’ll house a 32MP selfie camera.

The Mi A3 will be equipped with a Snapdragon 665 chipset in addition to at least 4GB RAM and 64/128GB storage configurations. GSMArena also reported that the phone will now have support storage expansion via microSD card as it was previously missing from the Mi A2. Users should also expect a huge 4,000mAh battery in the Mi A3 that charges via USB-C and since it will be an Android One smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi A3 will be shipped with a stock version of Android Pie, allowing it to get updates much quicker than others.
