Although the gorgeous iMac with Retina 5K just got announced a few days back, the folks over at iFixit have already got themselves a unit (that’s really fast!), we don’t think they even turned the system on and they’ve already done a teardown of the extremely slim and huge iMac with Retina 5K.
This job isn’t for the faint hearted so if you really want to go ahead and rip open your brand new RM8,000 iMac to see what’s inside, you can very much head over to the source link or watch the video down below. The internals sure look interesting and it’s really incredible to see how Apple include those high performance hardware in such a thin form factor. iFixit have rated the repairability of the iMac with Retina 5K at 5/10.
