Samsung has said that they will be putting a focus on mid-range phones which is what the market has been asking of them for a long time. Currently, the S- and Note-series are the company’s pride and joy.
The A-series is the company’s mid-range and affordable line of phones that have received good response from customers, especially with the Galaxy A8 phones. Taking a step back, the company has revamped the Galaxy A6 phone with the A6s which has been listed on TENAA. It comes with a 5.99-inch IPS LCD screen, 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. The processor section was not listed but they did mention that it will come with a 2.2GHz processor which could indicate the Snapdragon 660 or 710 processor. The camera, however, has received a downgrade in pixel count as it comes with 12MP+6MP sensors, while the A6+ came with 16MP+5MP sensors. On the front is a 5MP sensor and powering the device is a slightly underwhelming 3,300mAh battery.
Sadly, the phone is slightly bigger than the A6+ by 8.39mm which is not really a big issue for those of you that have bigger hands, but small hands might feel it.
