Ever since the Samsung Galaxy Note20 and Note20 Ultra were released back in August 2020, the company hasn’t introduced anything new for the series.
According to a news report by ETNews, Samsung will be halting its production of the Note20 and Note20 Ultra by the end of 2021 with no plans for the series in 2022 so we shouldn’t expect another Galaxy Note coming our way next year.
In addition, speculations are going around saying that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra might be the successor of the Note20 Ultra, especially since leaked images sport a similar boxy design with an S Pen slot. The Galaxy Z Flip3 also offers support for the S Pen now so there’s little to no point for the Note series to continue as a separate line.
Although this has not been confirmed by Samsung itself but with the current developments, is it highly likely to be true. Stay tuned as we’ll be sure to keep you updated on any confirmations.
