Samsung Galaxy A12 and Galaxy A02s now available for less than RM800

Samsung has introduced two new phones to the Galaxy A series that is already available in stores — the Galaxy A12 and Galaxy A02s.

Huge screens, large batteries

Both devices come with a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display and feature Dolby Atmos for a great audio experience. They also have a huge 5,000mAh battery paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, but you can choose to expand the storage via a MicroSD card. Samsung says you can expand up to 1TB — unlike the upcoming Galaxy S21 that is rumoured to be non-expandable.

Galaxy A12

The Galaxy A12 is powered by a MediaTek P35 chipset and has a quad camera setup. Its 48MP lens is paired with a 5MP ultra wide lens, a 2MP macro lens and another 2MP depth sensor. On the front, you’re getting an 8MP selfie camera.

Galaxy A02s

On the other hand, the Galaxy A02s uses the Snapdragon 450 chip and comes with one less rear camera. Apart from its 13MP lens, you’re also getting two 2MP lenses for macro and portrait shots, in addition to the 5MP selfie camera.

Both models are available in black and blue and can be purchased at Samsung Experience stores, authorised dealers or Samsung’s e-store. The Galaxy A12 is priced at RM799 whereas the Galaxy A02s is priced at RM529.
