Enabling all this is Qualcomm’s fifth-generation AI Engine that helps in improving device security, more accurate voice recognition, and more.

On top of that, the chip supports Windows 10 Hypervisor meaning Windows laptops using the chip will are Microsoft Secured-Core PCs.

Rounding off the chip’s offerings are support for virtual surround sound, echo cancellation with noise suppression, 4K HDR media consumption, and more, for entertainment and video conferencing purposes.

Devices sporting the Snapdragon 7c Gen 2 are expected to arrive this mid-June.
