Proton accepts e-wallet payment at selected service centres and outlets

Proton has started accepting e-wallet payment at selected outlets to purchase products or even pay for services.

Proton allow down payments, insurance renewal and more using e-wallets

According to its Facebook page, you can use your e-wallet to purchase spare parts, accessories and even Proton merchandise. You can also use your e-wallet to pay when you service your vehicle, renew your vehicle insurance and even put a booking fee. You can even place a down payment for a new Proton vehicle.

As of now, Proton supports a few e-wallets — Touch ’n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost — and the payment portal, FavePay. Unfortunately, the company did not list out the outlets that support the new payment method.

Double dip rewards with the right credit cards

By introducing e-wallet payment to Proton products and services, users get to earn more rewards when they use the right credit card to reload their e-wallets. Speaking of e-wallets, the government also recently introduced the ePENJANA initiative which can be redeemed from your Grab, Touch ’n Go eWallet and Boost app.
