Pizza Hut Malaysia has just upgraded the pizza eating and ordering experience with the launch of their new digital concept store in Sunway Pyramid and the launch of their new mobile app. Both these innovations are the company’s initiative to propel their business into the digital age.
The tables in the store are equipped with tablets for faster and better accurate orders that will be sent directly to the kitchen. There are also Digital Take Away Kiosks that allows customers that are on the run to order and pay for their orders, potentially reducing the time to place an order as well. There is also the Augmented Reality menu where customers can play with a digital game to keep them occupied while waiting for their food.
For those of you that would prefer to get their pizzas delivered directly to their doorsteps can use the newly launched Pizza Hut app which makes the process easier and in turn, rewards customers that use it. For every purchase from the app, customers will be rewarded with Pizza Points which can be used to redeem free side dishes, drinks or even free pizza.
To end the celebration, Pizza Hut is also offering 35,000 pizzas through their new You Download, We Belanja promotion. Customers would need to download the Pizza Hut mobile app and order a regular Pizza and they will get another regular pizza for free while stocks last.
