Three months ago, Razer and Pokemon teamed up to release a set of Pikachu-themed peripherals. Now, there’s a limited edition Pikachu x Razer Atheris, as announced by Razer’s CEO, Min- Liang Tan.
Aside from a yellow body, the Pikachu x Razer Atheris also has Pikachu’s face on top of it. In contrast, Razer made the scrolling wheel and side buttons red and we’re guessing this is more than just inspired by Pikachu’s cheeks — it could also have something to do with the upcoming festive season.
The bad news is, just like the previous Pokemon-themed peripherals, this wireless mouse is a China-exclusive product. Tan mentioned that this due to trademarks and legal issues, but also offered a solution for those who really want the mouse — asking your China friends for help. Of course, you’d have to have friends in China for that to work.
The Pikachu x Razer Atheris is available for ¥499.00 which is around RM293 if you convert to our local currency.
