OPPO has officially introduced the Find X5 Pro in the Malaysian market today, it is the company’s most powerful flagship ever released and the first model to come with a custom MariSilicon X NPU that is dedicated to image processing, which the company hopes to resolve pain points in low light photography and videography, while having colors calibrated with Hasselblad just like the OnePlus 10 Pro.
The Find X5 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and is complemented with 12GB RAM and 256GB of non-expandable storage, it has a 6.7-inch QHD LTPO2 AMOLED display that refreshes at 120Hz and displays over 1 Billion colours. In terms of its camera system, the phone sports two 50MP Sony IMX766 sensors that does wide and ultrawide angles, though only the main wide angle lens has sensor shift image stabilisation, the telephoto lens takes 13MP and unlike its predecessor, it only gets 2x optical zoom at 52mm of focal length.
Equipped with a 5000mAh battery, the OPPO Find X5 Pro is one of the few flagships having such battery capacity and features 80W SuperVOOC flash charging, there’s also fast wireless charging at 50W which you will need to purchase its proprietary wireless charger, the phone is IP68 water and dust resistant like its predecessor.
Preorders of the OPPO Find X5 Pro begins today and it retails at RM4,999.
