It’s not much of a surprise anymore when you come across a OnePlus 5 leak or rumor. We all do know what to expect with the next flagship by OnePlus less than two weeks from now. The relatively new Chinese smartphone maker has uploaded an image of the OnePlus 5 on its official Google Plus account, and it was probably done on purpose.
The image above was sourced from the official OnePlus Google Plus account, flaunting the rear of the OnePlus 5, along with a tagline that says, “Dual Camera. Clearer Photos.” The tagline matches the one seen in the allegedly leaked retail box just recently. The phone on the other hand looks exactly the same as the one seen in the latest leaked render by Android Police.
The OnePlus 5 sports a very iPhone-esque design this time round, which is unsurprising, given that OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei has been fond of Apple’s iPhone’s himself. The new official image has once again confirmed that the phone will be offered in Midnight Black as one of its color options, plus a dual rear camera configuration.
The one and only confirmed spec of the OnePlus 5 is that it features a Snapdragon 835 processor. It is kind of a killjoy to know so much about a phone before it launches, don’t you think?
