We’ve just seen the OnePlus 8T that was launched seriously, but rumours about the OnePlus 9 is already spreading around. The OnePlus 9 series is expected to consists of three models next year.
OnePlus 9 series to launch on March 2021
We’re sure OnePlus will be revealing the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro. There will also be a OnePlus 9T months after that, so we can conclude that the brand is going with the same strategy as this year. However, a Chinese blogger on Weibo revealed that the phones will be unveiled earlier than usual on March 2021.
Snapdragon 875 chip, 65W charging, 144Hz refresh rate
We can also expect the OnePlus 9 series to sport a Snapdragon 875 chipset and come with a 144Hz screen. OnePlus will also improve its fast charging by including support for 65W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. Apart from that, the successors to the OnePlus 8 series should also come with an IP68 rating.
We should also be seeing a few more midrange phones from the OnePlus next year.
