When MWC was cancelled, even those who planned to attend the event had to cancel their plans. This includes Nubia who initially wanted to launch the Red Magic 5G during the show.
According to the statement released by Nubia, the company will have to delay the launch of the phone due to the outbreak, but will launch the phone in China in the near future. It is believed that the global launch will come soon after its China launch.
Nubia also revealed several key specs of the 5G phone such as a display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a combination of liquid cooling and air cooling and of course, 5G support. As it is a gaming phone, we should also be expecting a 5,000mAh battery with fast charging and at least 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
Nubia isn’t the only one who had to postpone its launch; the same goes to OPPO, vivo, Xiaomi and more.
