We recently had love for Motorola smartphones, their products are so much different then, the Lenovo owned company has now announced an update to its Moto G, Moto X smartphone and the most anticipated Moto 360 smartwatch in IFA 2014 Berlin.
The first thing you’ll notice is that the Moto G gets a screen upgrade to 5 inches from 4.7 inches, it also gets a facelift with slightly reduced screen bezels. The new Moto G has the same Snapdragon 400 Quad-Core processor, 1GB RAM and 720p resolution display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, it now supports expandable storage and features a higher 8 Megapixel main camera and 2 Megapixel front facing camera. The new Moto G will retail at $179.99.
The new Moto X received the most major upgrade from its predecessor, it features a larger 5.2-inch Full HD AMOLED display, Snapdragon 801 Quad-Core 2.5GHz processor, 13 Megapixel camera with ring flash and 2 Megapixel front facing camera, and a slightly higher 2300mAh battery. The new Moto X is also slimmer at 9.9mm and has very sleek looking sides. The phone will come in aluminum frame, wood and leather builds, it retails at $499.99.
Probably the most anticipated smartwatch for this year, the Moto 360 is the first rounded smartwatch to run on the Android Wear platform. The watch features a stainless steel case, Horween leather wristband and protected with Corning Gorilla Glass, the watch can be charged wirelessly with its included charging dock and has a built-in pedometer, optical heart rate monitor, and IP67 certified water resistant. The Moto 360 retails at $249.99.
