LG has brought its FullVision display to a mid range and more affordable smartphone. FullVision display was first showcased in the company’s flagship, the LG G6 which was launched earlier this year. The newer Q6 was unveiled just last month, sporting a spec sheet which speaks mid range language. LG has announced that it’s latest FullVision offering will be released on it’s home soil South Korea this week.

Just a quick recap, the LG Q6 features a 5.5-inch display with an 18:9 resolution. Underneath the hood is a Snapdragon 435 chipset alongside 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. There are two other variants as well. The LG Q6a has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage and the LG Q6+ carries 4GB of RAM with 64GB of storage. The camera package is of standard affair – a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP selfie camera.

In a press release, LG has stated that the LG Q6 will be released in South Korea this week. Other regions will follow subsequently over the course of the next few weeks – “key markets in Asia, Europe, Middle East and the Americas in the weeks to come.”

We can’t be certain as to whether the LG Q6 will make an official appearance, if not via grey markets via local dealers. How much do you think the LG Q6 will cost?
