Remember a few weeks back we attended Intel Malaysia’s PC refresh campaign, which the company promised to give rebates for old laptop trade-in. You’re in luck because Intel Malaysia has just kicked off it’s first campaign. The Fire Sale will be held on the 26th of June at the Firestorm outlet, Low Yat Plaza. The event will last for 3 days and there will be laptops from ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Acer up for grabs, if the laptop that you traded in is still in good working condition, you may get a minimum rebate of RM100 up to RM500 depending on the age and condition of your old faithful laptop. Intel will also be taking in defect units as well, but rebates are capped up to RM100 only. Check out the image below for the list of laptops available, most of them are entry level laptops though but we think there will be more choices available. Of course, there will be also games and events in the roadshow so be sure to check them out this Thursday.
