Huawei had recently announced their new EMUI 10 custom OS and boasted several improvements in this new iteration – most notably better protection of privacy, ability to send images to another device while on a call, enhanced dark mode, new camera options and more.

If you have a Huawei device and are eager to try out the update, the Chinese company has released a roadmap for the OS’ beta rollout. Scheduled to receive the update on September 8 are the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro; late September for Huawei Mate 20, 20 Pro, 20 X and 20 RS Porsche Design.

As for those who’re using HONOR devices, the OS will be rebadged as Magic UI 3.0 – the HONOR 20, 20 Pro, View 20 and Magic 2 will get the update sometime late September as well.

There’s no word on when the complete version of the OS will be released, but considering the Huawei Mate 30 series is set to be announced on September 19 – we can expect both EMUI 10 and the Mate 30 series to be available late September or early October.
