Honor is currently recruiting beta testers for Nougat on the Honor 6X

The Honor 6X has proved to be a rather impressive device for its selling price. Having unveiled back in CES 2017 in the beginning of the year, Huawei subsidiary Honor has promised that Android Nougat software will be heading to the company’s latest mid ranger via its own EMUI 5.0 software. Honor has yet to roll out a software update for the handset, but it is now giving you a chance to join in the beta testing before the official rollout.

If you happen to be an Honor 6X user, then you’re in luck as Honor is now open to recruiting beta testers for its Nougat software. You must be able to muster the courage to handle some bugs which might crowd around the upcoming beta versions of the software as Honor crushes and fixes them stage by stage before the final release. Don’t worry. It’s not as tough as it sounds. If you’re curious to find out how EMUI 5.0 works on the Honor 6X then this is the perfect opportunity for you to get a head start before the laymen do.

All you have to do is to email your IMEI number to huaweifut@huawei.com and you’ll be well on your way to become a beta tester for the Honor 6X. We’re presuming that Honor will be testing its Honor 6X Nougat software for several weeks before giving it an official rollout to the general public.
