Today, HONOR launches the HONOR 9X Pro during its livestream; this is also HONOR’s first time offering a phone with HMS instead of GMS.
The HONOR 9X Pro is device with a 6.59-inch LCD FullView display. As it has a pop-up camera, users get to enjoy a full-screen display when they are watching videos or playing games on the phone. Besides that, HONOR has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor instead of one at its back. It also has a similar Dynamic X design that was seen on the HONOR 9X.
HONOR also included the 7nm Kirin 810 chipset in the 9X Pro and this is paired with 6GB RAM and 256GB storage. There’s also liquid cooling now, so the 9X Pro is capable of handling extensive gaming without overheating quickly. Coupled with its 4,000mAh battery, one can enjoy about two days of phone usage even with some gaming sessions daily.
Camera-wise, the HONOR 9X Pro has a 48MP main lens alongside an 8MP super-wide angle camera and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, the phone houses a 16MP selfie lens with f/2.2 aperture and supports 3D Portrait Lighting.
The HONOR 9X Pro is priced at RM999, similar to when the initial price of the HONOR 9X which has now dropped to RM949. You can purchase the phone from any HONOR Experience Stores in the country and get a free HONOR Band 5i from 17 April onwards.
