GoPro to release their first drone called "Karma"

From the makers of compact, high quality action cameras comes…a drone?

That’s right, GoPro is about to take its first step into the drone market by way of something called “Karma”.

Rumours surrounding GoPro’s own drone can be heard way back in 2014 as the company has expressed interest in building their own drone. It was then officially announced at Code Conference this year that GoPro is working on its own quadcopter.

After months of secrecy, GoPro has saw it fit to reveal the Karma to the world.

While not much is known about the drone right now, test footage was made available to the public through the Karma trailer that was released by GoPro earlier today.

According to GoPro, they are currently aiming to release Karma during the first half of 2016. With CES just being a month away, we suspect the drone will be showcased in Las Vegas , with more information such as the pricing and availability to be announced then.
