GoPro releases a new model each year and this year, it’s the GoPro Hero 10 Black. However, leaks have surfaced online revealing the specifications and images of the device ahead of the launch.
Based on the images shown by WinFuture, the GoPro Hero 10 Black will not differ much in terms of design. The only difference is we noticed is the GoPro branding which is in blue instead or white as seen on the Hero 9 Black and Hero 8 Black.
The GoPro Hero 10 Black may look the same, but it’s more powerful than before
Despite the same design, the newer GoPro action camera will have a performance boost, featuring support for 5.3K/60fps videos and 120fps for 4K videos. The camera will also come with better software stabilisation for HyperSmooth 4.0 and TimeWarp 3.0.
Image-wise, GoPro bumped up the image sensor from 20MP to 23MP, but that’s all the changes that were mentioned so far. We still get the same camera housing that can protect the device underwater up to 10 meters, in addition to same touch screen navigation and voice control. GoPro hasn’t revealed the launch date of the Hero 10 Black yet, but it should be happening by early October.
