Images will now have an extra Lens icon which can identify the subjects in an image and dots will appear on objects that the Lens can provide you with more information. This will also prove useful in searching and purchasing items you like in an image, whereby you can tap or circle the items using Google Lens and Google Images will reveal relevant information such as the price of the items or where you can buy the items.

For now, the dots are only available to identify products and objects but Google revealed that it will expand to different kinds of images such as landmarks, animals and plants, though it’s still possible to circle things you want more information on.

Currently, the Google Lens is only available in US for searches in English, but users in other countries using other languages will soon get this feature too.
