Beats Fit Pro earbuds with Apple’s H1 chip & wing tip design now available for pre-order!

Yesterday, Beats showcased the Beats Fit Pro, their latest wireless earbuds. They fall between the cheaper Studio Buds, which was released earlier this year, and the pricier Powerbeats Pro.

The Beats Fit Pro features ANC, IPX4 water- and sweat-resistance, and up to seven hours of continuous playback, or 30 hours when you recharge the earbuds using the case.

The most notable aesthetic element on  the new earbuds is the new wing tip design. The wing tips are included to keep the earbuds in your ear when doing any activities that involve movement such as exercise and walking. According to Beats, they conducted a lot of research and testing to find the right material, and proper flexibility for the wing tips so they fit better.

Similar to the Powerbeats Pro, the Fit Pro includes the H1 chip, meaning you get several distinct Apple features such as one-step pairing, automatic syncing across your iCloud devices, automatic switching between your other Apple devices, and more.

The Beats Fit Pro also includes head tracking for spatial audio, and the newly-introduced skin detect sensor that was showcased on Apple’s third generation AirPods.

As for the ANC, the Beats Fit Pro works the same way as AirPods Pro, meaning that it would do a good job in getting rid of outside noise. The Fit Pro buds also uses Apple’s Adaptive equalization to optimize audio performance depending on your ear shape.

On November 5th the Beats Fit Pro officially ship out, and cost $199.99 (about RM830). They come in in black, white, gray, and purple, and can be pre-ordered via the Beats by Dre website.
