Today, Digi has announced two new services that are targeted for its users’ convenience. The first of these services comes in the form of an open concept store that is located in Bukit Bintang, where customers can walk in and browse the services and devices that Digi is offering.

What is even more attractive in this store is that customers do not need to take a ticket if they need an enquiry answered, as all they need to do is approach a Digi expert in the store and get their questions answered. Customers can also pay their bills and convert to Digi at this store.

The other service that they are offering is the 3 Freedom Packages, the first being Video Freedom, where prepaid members can pay a low price of RM1 to get an hourly pass that will stream standard definition videos from providers such as YouTube, Twitch, Astro Go with iflix and TonTon coming soon. Postpaid members, however, will get 3GB of high speed streaming for an hour and if you purchase the RM5 plan, it will entitle you to 24 hours of high-speed streaming capped at 10GB for both prepaid and postpaid customers.

Next is the Music Freedom plan, where Digi users that have been with them for 6 months and have an active Internet connection will be able to stream from providers such as Spotify, JOOX, and Smule without any internet charges.

Finally, is the Gaming Freedom, where users can charge their gaming purchases directly to their billing every month and if you are not a Digi subscriber, you can top up your game credits using Digi Reload cards but currently, it is only limited to games that are published by Garena.

All of these Freedom Packs can be activated from the Digi website after you log in with your phone number. For more information on these and other Digi services visit their official site here.
