The COMPUTEX trade show is one of the largest of its kind and it takes place annually – until COVID 19 happened that is. What was to be this year’s iteration was cancelled due to the pandemic; today however, we have confirmation from the organizers that COMPUTEX 2021 will happen, but with a twist to the usual formula.
Set to happen from June 1 to June 4, next year’s event will see COMPUTEX take an Online-Merge-Offline (OMO) approach, where by the physical event will house the vendors and brands, while event goers will attend via the internet. The event will also utilize AI to personalize the type of content each participant gets.
COMPUTEX 2021 will feature innovations in the fields of 5G, AI & IOT, Edge Computing, High-performance Computing, Cyber Security, Gaming, and Innovations & Startups.
As usual, the event will take place at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, as well as at the Taipei International Convention Center. InnoVEX, which is a branch event for start-ups, will happen from June 2 to June 4, also at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. Visit the COMPUTEX website here to learn more.
