We visited MSI’s booth in COMPUTEX and checked out one of the Prestige series notebooks on display. First, the entry level PX60 series laptop features a 15.6-inch Full HD display with MSI’s True Color technology that achieves 100% sRGB colour gamut. If you think that the laptop looks really familiar, you shouldn’t be surprised as the laptop’s design is very much based on MSI’s GS60 gaming laptop, hence the laptop has the exact lightweight design at 1.89kg, making it a great device to carry on the go despite of its huge 15-inch screen size.[/vc_column_text]
Despite being branded as a professional working laptop, the PX60 still brings performance internals under the hood, including a 5th Generation Intel Core i7-5700HQ quad-core processor, 8GB DDR3-1600 RAM, GeForce GTX 950M 2GB GDDR5 discrete graphics, support for m-SATA expansion and a 1TB hard drive comes as a standard hardware.
On the other hand, the PE70 is the biggest sibling of the Prestige series, sporting a 17.3-inch Full HD display featuring MSI’s True Color technology, this beautiful machine has the very same Intel silicon with the rest of the pack, graphics is managed by NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 960M with 2GB GDDR5 VRAm and it has three M.2 SATA slots for super fast flash modules.
