Here’s the first piece of our coverage on IFA 2014, ASUS’s first smart watch is finally unveiled at IFA 2014 and its called the ZenWatch, it features a metal frame and runs on the Android Wear platform, which will have pretty standard features like receiving notifications, taking pictures remotely, find your smartphone as well as tracking fitness with the built-in heart rate sensor. The smart watch has a 320×320 1.63” AMOLED display and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Looking at the design it seems pretty cool with some rounded corners instead of a squarish form factor, and it comes with a very comfortable 22mm leather strap which can be easily swapped with aftermarket straps. The ZenWatch will be priced at $199 when it hits the market, expect prices to be around RM750 or below in Malaysia.
