Apple renamed its WWDC app to Apple Developer and it has some new features

Apple used to have a WWDC app for iOS for its users to watch videos of the WorldWide Developers Conference if they’re unable to attend, but now the company is renaming this app to “Apple Developer”.

According to Apple, the renamed app will be delivering in-depth information from Apple experts and the latest developer news. TechCrunch reported that the app aren’t as comprehensive as the website yet, but that will change over time.

The Apple Developer app will also come with a new feature that allows US developers to enrol in the Apple Developer Program via the app. This feature will be expanded to other countries, but there are no confirmed dates yet. Apart from that, there’s also a Discover tab, an enhanced Search UI and some bug fixes.

The Apple Developer app can be downloaded in App Store.
