Apple recently updated the MacBook Pros with the 8th Generation Intel Core processors, finally bringing their premium laptop segment up-to-date and now we have the official pricing in Malaysia.
The 13-inch laptops now come with an 8th Gen Core i5 processor clocked at 2.3GHz, alongside 8GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 256GB or 512GB of SSD storage. Other than that, they both come with the same Intel Iris Plus Graphics 665 and four Thunderbolt 3 ports. The 256GB and 512GB variants will retail for RM7,499 and RM8,299 respectively.
The bigger 15-inch variants now come with an 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processor clocked at 2.2GHz, Radeon pro 555X and 256GB of SSD storage which will cost RM9,999. The second 15-inch variant comes with an 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processor clocked at 2.6GHz, Radeon Pro 560X and 512GB of SSD storage which cost RM11,599.
All variants of the 13-inch and 15-inch models can be purchased from Apple’s official website or any authorised Apple resellers nationwide.
