It’s iPhone 14 time, as we are almost at the end of August 2022, Apple has sent out invites in the wee Malaysian hours to our mailbox notifying us on its next big launch happening on September 8th, 1AM MYT, while our invite merely prepped us to watch the live stream at Apple.com, medias in the US are invited to be physically present at the Steve Jobs Theatre in Apple Park.

As with any Apple events, the tagline for the launch this time is “Far out” with a poster showing glittering stars in the sky, which could possibly suggest that Apple might have improved the iPhone’s zoom and telephoto capabilities, while another assumption would be the ability to finally take proper Astrophotography, which has long become a thing on the Android camp.

According to recent leaks and rumors, Apple is expected to release four new iPhone 14 models, which includes the regular iPhone 14 and 14 Max/Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max, we shouldn’t be expecting a mini model this round considering that Apple has cut production for the 13 mini due to low demand, other speculations include the regular iPhone 14 using the current A15 Bionic chip and only the Pro models will be powered by an A16 chip.

In addition to iPhone 14, we also expect to see the Apple Watch Series 8, the new AirPods Pro and a new entry-level iPad with USB-C port, and we should be seeing more leaks in the next few days as we are only two weeks away from the event.
