While everyone is too busy fawning over the newly announced iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, Apple has silently made some changes to its iPads. Starting from today, all iPads will have their storage capacity bumped up, much like what Apple did to the iPhone 6.
All current active iPad tablets, ranging from the iPad mini 2 up to the 12.9″ iPad Pro, will now come with a minimum storage capacity of 32GBs. For the iPad Pros, the top of the line iPad Pro will now come with 256GB of storage space.
Besides bumping up the storage space, Apple has also reduced the price of the iPads in general. Previously, the top of the line 12.7″ iPad Pro costs USD1,099. With the new price cut, you can now purchase the 256GB 12.7″ iPad Pro for USD999. This price cut applies to all iPads, with some models receiving a USD100 price drop when compared to its initial price.
