In light of the current situation in the country, HP Malaysia is working with Teach For Malaysia (TFM) to make learning more accessible to children in need.

The #MovewithHP campaign serves to generate awareness towards helping the school students who fall under the B40 group, who’re forced to put learning on hold due to the MCO – HP Malaysia will donate 50 units of their HP 14 line of laptops to TFM, who will then distribute them to those in need.

In a press release shared to us by HP, 40% of students from a total of 670,000 household surveyed lack the necessary equipment to carry out e-learning – with that in mind, TFM will identify a list of schools within Klang Valley with a high number of underprivileged students, and will work with the schools to nominate families to receive the HP 14 laptops.

The public can also help in providing getting more laptops distributed to more families – a host popular personalities, such as Jestinna KuanZamaeraNurin Afiqah, and Sean Lee, will create challenges for their followers to participate in; with the hashtag #MovewithHP, every 50 submission in participation with the challenges will see one extra HP 14 laptop being donated to TFM.

The HP 14 line of laptops are great affordable all-rounder devices that are best suited for both the business and classroom environment. You can visit HP’s website here to learn more about the laptops, or visit Teach For Malaysia’s website here to find out what else you can do to aid in the cause.
