The OnePlus Ace has now finally been unveiled at the brand’s China launch event, and just like what you see in the teasers, this is the first commercially available smartphone that supports 150W of crazy fast charging speeds, and the charging brick of course comes inside the box.
Specs wise, the OnePlus Ace isn’t too shabby like other OnePlus phones, it is powered by a customized Mediatek Dimensity 8100 Max chipset along with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, the phone features a 6.7-inch FHD AMOLED display that refreshes at 120Hz, a triple camera that consist of a 50MP primary, 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro camera, and a 4500mAh battery that is rated to last up to 1600 charging cycles and still retains 80% of the capacity thereafter.
Compared to other OnePlus phones, the Ace is quite a unique looking device with holographic stripes on the back trailing down its camera bump, its front facing camera has a punch hole cut out that resides in the middle instead of the usual top left.
The OnePlus Ace will begin sales in China starting April 26 onwards, available in colors of Black and Blue, there are four storage variants to choose from, which the base model of 8GB/128GB will cost CNY2499 (RM1665) and goes all the way up to CNY3499 (RM2331) for the top 12GB/512GB storage model.
