The realme GT Master Edition has been revealed in the Malaysian market today; as we’ve seen during its global launch, this phone is another realme phone that is designed by Naoto Fukasawa, a world renowned industrial designer from Japan.
Why the suitcase design?
The realme GT Master Edition features a suitcase design which stems from the thought of travelling, something that’s difficult to do now due to the pandemic. It’s also said to be the first phone to use a concave-leather design which consists of polycarbonate panel and vegan leather on its rear.
Under the hood, this device is powered by a Snapdragon 778G chip and has 8GB of RAM paired with 128GB of storage. It comes with a 4,300mAh battery and can reach a full charge in just 33 minutes as it supports realme’s 65W SuperDart Charge.
On the front, you get a 6.43-inch Samsung AMOLED screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. This panel pushes FHD+ resolution and has a punch-hole cutout on the upper-left of the panel which houses the 32MP front camera.
You’ll get a triple rear camera setup on the back; this setup consists of a 64MP lens paired with an 8MP ultrawide lens and another 2MP macro lens. The realme GT Master Edition can shoot up to 4K/60fps with its rear camera and up to 1080p/30fps on its front camera.
Where and when to get the realme GT Master Edition
The usual price is RM1,499, but realme’s first sale on Lazada on September 1  will offer the phone at RM1,399. Stay tuned on realme’s Facebook and YouTube to watch the launch.
