While gaining momentum in the smartphone market, ZTE has introduced the Blade V7 series metallic smartphone to the Malaysian market, the V7 Lite and V7 Max are two feature packed smartphones that offers consumers a premium built smartphone at an affordable value. In addition, the Blade V7 series smartphone is the only mid-entry level smartphones in the market that comes preloaded with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Measuring a mere 7.2mm thickness, the Blade V7 Max comes with a speedy 1.8GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor mated to 3GB of RAM, it has a huge 5.5-inch Full HD display with 2.5D curved glass, a 16-megapixel main camera with PDAF and digital image stabilisation, an 8-megapixel front camera with LED flash, and a 3000mAh battery. On an interesting note, the V7 Max is one of the rare smartphones that features a side fingerprint scanner and uses USB Type-C as its data syncing and charging port.
On the other hand, the Blade V7 Lite is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor and comes with a 5-inch HD display, 13-megapixel main and 8-megapixel front cameras with LED flash, a reasonably huge 2500mAh battery, a rear mounted fingerprint scanner that unlocks the phone in 0.3 seconds and supports dual SIM 4G LTE standby, this hardware package sure makes it a really interesting device in its class.
ZTE will begin selling the Blade V7 Lite on 16th May at a promotional price of RM499 for a limited time, the company will also be hosting an end-user event taking place this Sunday at the ZTE Concept Kiosk in Low Yat Plaza where customers can stand a chance to own the Blade V7 Lite at 50% off its RM669 retail price. On the other hand, the higher end Blade V7 Max will be available at early June and retails at RM999.
