Yes4G is updating its service as the YTL-Communications owned brand has introduced its new ‘Double Data’ bucket price plan for its 4G services, as well as a new phone to take advantage of this new plan.
Before we get into the phone, let’s talk about the plan. Yes4G’s Double Data plan is an interesting one as the plan allows all users access to both 4G LTE and 4G broadband networks with a single service plan. For RM 70 per month, customers will receive 24GB of data, 16GB of which goes to the 4G LTE while the remaining 8GB goes to the 4GB Broadband. Thanks to Yes4G’s impressive 85% nationwide population coverage, customers will be able to utilise the company’s services at almost any location in Malaysia. Furthermore, Yes4G will also be introducing Voice-over-LTE (VoLTE) capabilities to the service, allowing users to make high definition, crystal clear calls.
Those who sign up for this Double Data Yes4G Plan will also receive a free Yes Altitude phone. The Yes Altitude is a full-fledged dual-SIM 4G VoLTE smartphone that sports a 5″ HD IPS display and supports VoLTE for high-def voice and video calls. With a recommended retail price of RM 399, it is the lowest priced VoLTE phone available in Malaysia. The Yes Altitude comes in gold, white and silver colours.
