Xiaomi unveiled their first gaming mechanical keyboard

Xiaomi is known for releasing unique and interesting products aside from the usual smartphones. With the release of the BlackShark phone, it is their first step into the gaming market and now it would appear that they have a mechanical keyboard to add to their portfolio.

The company is not new to the gaming peripheral market, as they have two Mi Gaming Mouse and two Mi Mouse Pads. The mechanical keyboard comes with a custom game axis, 104-key design, RGB backlighting and is made out of Aluminium. The actuation force of the keys are 3mm and it supports a return rate of 1000Hz. It supports 33 n-key rollover and Xiaomi has said that the button arrangement has been specially designed to support the different finger angles. The RGB lighting can be customized with different effects, allowing users to select light effects like wave, chase and breathe.

The keyboard comes with two-colour keycaps, one made of PBT and the other PC. The keyboard is currently only available in China through their official store or their Youpin crowdfunding platform for 229 CNY (RM136.50)
