With Xiaomi looking to launch the Redmi Note 4X on next week, Xiaomi has been teasing its fans that the Redmi Note 4X will be accompanies by “an unexpected idol”. Today, the MIUI forums have finally come clean and it appears that the Redmi Note 4X will have a special Hatsune Miku-themed model as well.
Officially dubbed the Redmi Note 4X Hatsune Miku Special Edition, this particular model of the phone will sport Hatsune Miku’s iconic teal colour scheme. In addition to that, all phones that are part of the special edition will come with a unique code found at the back of the phone. On top of the device, those who purchase this phone will also net themselves a Mi Power Bank and a soft protective case, both of which are themed after Hatsune Miku as well.
Xiaomi did not reveal the actual specifications of the device yet, but rumours are going around that the device will sport an octa-core CPU, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of storage and a 4,100mAh battery. The device will be available in China on the same day the standard Redmi Note 4X goes on sale.
