Xiaomi Malaysia just posted a tweet a few hours back with a poster that says “It’s Time For Mi 9T Pro”. Since we already know the Xiaomi Mi 9T is, in fact, the Redmi K20, the Mi 9T is naturally the K20 Pro that attracted many’s attention.
The Mi 9T Pro supposedly launches tomorrow in the Netherlands and since its teaser background is similar to the one Xiaomi Malaysia has posted, it is possible that Malaysians will soon get access to the Mi 9T Pro too.
The Mi 9T Pro is the global version of the Redmi K20 Pro, sporting a 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display. It has a pop-up selfie camera like the Mi 9T and houses an in-display fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, the Mi 9T Pro has a flagship Snapdragon 855 chipset paired with 64/128GB storage and 6GB RAM.

The Mi 9T Pro also has a 48MP main camera paired with an 8MP telephoto lens and a 13MP ultrawide sensor. On the front, it holds a 20MP selfie camera that has LED light whenever the camera pops up. In addition, the phone sports a 4,000mAh battery that supports 27W fast charging.
The Mi 9T costs RM1,399 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, which leads us to assume that the Mi 9T Pro will probably be priced around RM2,000 and maybe even below RM2,000 for the lower storage variant.
